If you're trying to sign up to Choyr but the sign up form tells you that a site already exists, please first ensure no one else from your church has created a site on your church's behalf.

If another admin has already created a site, contact them directly and they can invite you to join as a suer, and then make you an admin of the site.

If a user has mistakenly created a site on behalf of your church, contact Choyr by sending an email to support@choyr.com and we can transfer the site to an admin.
