Click on the Message bubble at the top right of the page.

Click the plus icon at the top right of the sidebar that appears to start a new conversation.

Search for an admin of your network, and click on their name.

Click Create.

Explain the problem you're experiencing in the text box at the bottom of the sidebar, and click Send.

The church admin will reply when they're available to help.

Click the blue Messages icon at the bottom right of the page.

Click New Conversation to speak to the Choyr team.

Type a message to help us understand the problem, then click the Send arrow to the right.
