The Donations button in the header will be grey if the Donations module is disabled.
To enable the Donations module, and start accepting donations, first you should connect a Stripe account. Stripe is the payment provider we use to keep all transactions secure. Click here to view the guide on how to connect a Stripe account to your Choyr account.
Once you have connected a Stripe account to your Choyr account, the Donations module will be enabled automatically.
If you have completed the above steps and the Donations button is still grey, you may have manually disabled the Donations module. To enable the Donations module, follow the following steps.
Within your Choyr site, click on your avatar at the top-right of the page.
From the dropdown menu that appears, click Site Admin.
On the left, click Modules.
You will see a list of all enabled and disabled modules. To enable the Donations module, click on the tick box to the left of Donations.
Click Save Module Layout.
